Cancelaciones de contrato de mantenimiento
- Puede cancelar su plan de mantenimiento prepago dentro de los primeros 60 días para obtener un reembolso completo si no se han pagado beneficios.7 Si se han pagado los beneficios o si cancela después de los primeros 60 días, consulte su acuerdo al momento de la compra.

La cobertura entra en vigor a partir de la fecha de primer uso del vehículo como vehículo nuevo y vence en el año del plan seleccionado o en el límite de millaje, lo que ocurra primero. Las obligaciones bajo el Plan son proporcionadas por Premier Warranty Services Inc., excepto los beneficios de asistencia en carretera que son proporcionados por Connect Assistance. Si el contrato se cancela durante los primeros sesenta (60) días después de la Fecha de Compra, se reembolsará el cien por ciento (100%) del Precio que se pagó por el mismo. Si el contrato se cancela después de los primeros sesenta (60) días, se reembolsará la parte no utilizada del Precio, equivalente a: (a) el Precio que se pagó por el Contrato menos aquellos costos pagados o reembolsados por Servicios que se recibieron antes de la cancelación, (b) ajustado a prorrata según la proporción mayor de (i) el número de meses transcurridos en relación con la Duración del Contrato en meses o (ii) el millaje recorrido por el Vehículo desde la Fecha de Compra en relación con la Duración del Contrato en millas.

You can cancel your Prepaid Maintenance Plan within the first 30 days for a full refund if no benefits have been paid. If benefits have been paid, or if you are cancelling after the first 30 days please ask your dealer or refer to your agreement upon purchase.

Coverage is effective from date of first use as a new vehicle. Vehicle is considered new at date of first use if vehicle has 799 miles or less on the date vehicle was first placed into service.
