La garantía de fabrica requiere brindar servicio al vehículo periódicamente. El plan de servicio Toyota Extended Care incluye todos los servicios recomendados por Toyota para tu vehículo, ayudándote a mantener tu Toyota en condiciones óptimas y calificadas para la protección de su  garantía de fábrica.

Toyota Extended Care:

Elegibilidad:

  • Odómetro lee 31,000 millas o menos
  • La unidad está dentro de 37 meses de la fecha de su primer uso
  • Vehículo era elegible para el mantenimiento complementario ToyotaCare

Cobertura por tiempo extendido

  • Cobertura disponible en dos términos de 3 años o 35,000 millas y 5 años o 75,000 millas. 1

Lo que necesitas Saber

  1. La cobertura entra en vigor a partir de la fecha de primer uso del vehículo como vehículo nuevo y vence en el año del plan seleccionado o en el límite de millaje, lo que ocurra primero. Las obligaciones bajo el Plan son proporcionadas por Premier Warranty Services Inc., excepto los beneficios de asistencia en carretera que son proporcionados por Connect Assistance. Los vehículos Toyota son elegibles para estos planes si el vehículo era elegible para ToyotaCare de 2 años/25 mil sin costo y si el odómetro marca 31,000 millas o menos, y está dentro de los 37 meses posteriores a la fecha del primer uso. La cobertura es efectiva a partir de la fecha del primer uso como vehículo nuevo.  La cobertura vence en el tiempo o millaje máximo del plan seleccionado, lo que ocurra primero.

  2. El uso de aceite de motor de grado sintético puede estar indicado para su vehículo. Es posible que sea necesario cambiar el aceite sintético con menos frecuencia. Consulte la Guía de mantenimiento programado de su vehículo para conocer el grado de aceite y los intervalos de servicio recomendados por la fábrica.

  3. En modelos que apliquen según manufacturero.

  4. Hasta $400 por llave por año. Máximo de un (1) remplazo anual. Cliente presentará evidencia de compra de llave nueva, previo a recibir el rembolso correspondiente.

  5. El cliente será responsable de servicios cubiertos, en la medida que su costo supere $1000 por ocurrencia y cualquier servicio o gastos no cubiertos.

  6. Se puede ceder el Contrato a otro dueño del Vehículo, pero no a otro vehículo ni ninguna entidad relacionada con el negocio de venta o arrendamiento de vehículos de motor. Para mas detalles sobre como ceder el contrato consulte a su concesionario Toyota autorizado.

  7. Si el contrato se cancela durante los primeros sesenta (60) días después de la Fecha de Compra, se reembolsará el cien por ciento (100%) del Precio que se pagó por el mismo. Si el contrato se cancela después de los primeros sesenta (60) días, se reembolsará la parte no utilizada del Precio, equivalente a: (a) el Precio que se pagó por el  Contrato menos aquellos costos pagados o reembolsados por Servicios que se recibieron antes de la cancelación, (b) ajustado a prorrata según la proporción mayor de (i) el número de meses transcurridos en relación con la Duración del Contrato en meses o (ii) el millaje recorrido por el Vehículo desde la Fecha de Compra en relación con la Duración del Contrato en millas.

  • The odometer reads 31,000 miles or fewer

Plan covers 4 services, from the 30,000 mile service through the 45,000 mile service1, for an additional 2 years after ToyotaCare expiration.

Owners of eligible vehicles, within the qualifying criteria6  window, can purchase ToyotaCare Plus Service Drive any time before completing the 30k service (first covered service). Regardless of purchase date customers will have a full 2 years to redeem services up to 45,000.

What You Need to Know

Note: The purchase of a Prepaid Maintenance voluntary protection product is optional, cancelable (subject to specific agreement terms) and not required to obtain credit.

  1. Coverage is effective from the vehicle's date of first use as a new vehicle and expires at selected plan's year or mileage limit, whichever occurs first. The obligations under the Plan are provided by Toyota Motor Insurance Services, Inc., except for the roadside assistance benefits which are provided by and through AAA. Toyota vehicles are eligible for these plans if the vehicle was eligible for the no cost 2yr/25k ToyotaCare and if the odometer reads 31,000 miles or less, and is within 37 months of date of first use. Coverage is effective from date of first use as a new vehicle. Vehicle is considered new at date of first use if vehicle has 799 miles or less on the date vehicle was first placed into service. Coverage expires at maximum time or mileage of the selected plan, whichever comes first.

  2. The use of synthetic grade engine oil may be indicated for your vehicle. Synthetic oil may require changing less often. Consult your vehicle's Scheduled Maintenance Guide for factory-recommended oil grade and service intervals.

  3. Coverage of major and minor services varies by plan purchased.

  4. Roadside Assistance benefits are provided by and through AAA.

  5. Does not include parts and fluids, except emergency fuel delivery. Emergency fuel delivery not available for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. Instead, vehicle will be towed to nearest refueling station. See roadside assistance benefit for more details, including limits on towing distance. Details are different from limits. Limits do not reflect qualification or limitation on the availability.

  6. Toyota vehicles are eligible for these plans if the vehicle was eligible for the no cost 2yr/25k ToyotaCare and if the odometer reads 31,000 miles or less, and is within 37 months of date of first use. Date of first use is when your vehicle is retailed as new with less than 799 miles.

Available during or after financing.

If your vehicle has less than 31,000 miles, and is within 37 months from date of first use, you may still be eligible for ToyotaCare Plus.6
